Beyond Type 1 is a global nonprofit co-founded by Nick Jonas and Juliet de Baubigny with the core purpose of changing what it means to live with diabetes and creating a path to a world beyond it.
November 2025 marked Beyond Type 1's first decade of bold advocacy. To both celebrate and use the opportunity to raise money for the cause, we partnered with them to dream up a dynamic, memorable 10th Anniversary celebration at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in the heart of New York City.
The evening redefined what a non-profit gala can be by blending an immersive party atmosphere with the crucial goal of raising funds to close the diabetes care gap.
Our team swapped out a stuffy sit-down dinner for a flashy soiree environment, leveraging a see-and-be-seen entry moment, immersive fundraising experiences, and a program that highlighted the 10 years of change Beyond Type 1 has brought to the diabetes community.
Highlights included a live Jonas Brothers concert, an electrically engaging live auction, an Awards ceremony recognizing community heroes and champions, and an endless flow of top tier food and drinks.
The fundraiser was a hit, both in raising funds for Beyond Type 1's ongoing initiatives but also making the diabetes community feel celebrated, seen, and supported as media coverage of the event had a reach of over 11 million.
